Section 39
Certificate of private forest
(1) Any person or organization wishing to register a private forest may apply to the Division Forest Office to register a private forest.
(2) The Divisional Forest Officer shall issue a certificate as prescribed after raising the necessary fees for the application made under sub-section (1).
(3) The Division Forest Office may provide the necessary technical assistance to the private forest owners who have received the certificate according to sub-section (2).
